Prosper is your one stop shop for all of your event needs! Explore below the different packages, pricing, and options for an affordable event that suits your every need!

Weddings
Prosper can seat up to 575 guests and the space is completely customizable!
Weddings are a set one weekend day fee of $3500 for the venue space which includes the use of
tables, chairs, backdrops, lighting, bar, yard games, pool tables,
a dance space and a spacious kitchen for food prep, we allow any and all outside food/catering.
BRIDES will also have access to the bridal suite all day starting at 8am with complimentary drinks
and the Men will enjoy our modern industrial den with card games, drinks and dressing area.
The set up/tear down fee for tables & chairs is only $.50/chair or you can personalize and do it yourself.
Walk away cleaning service is $300.
The outdoor space is available to you as well at No additional cost.
Ceremonies held on site are $200 with a $1/chair set up fee.
You can opt for a banquet seated ceremony where guests are already seated at a dinner table for the ceremony.
There is No chair set up fee or ceremony fee for banquet seated ceremonies.
Prosper is located away from the city chaos, therefore, you can purchase the local shuttle service for your guests to make it home or to their hotel safely.
There are several hotels located within 20 minutes of Prosper and several local Air BnB's.

You can Rent Prosper for Friday, Saturday & Sunday for $5000.
Weekly Wedding Discount is $2000 Mon - Thur.
Parties
Whether you are having a small birthday party or large holiday office party, Prosper can accommodate!
Parties (20 or less) come with a 2 hour venue space rental starting at $275, $70 for each additional hour.
For parties larger than 20 people, rentals start at $300 & are $100 for each additional hour.
Parties include the use of tables and chairs and kitchen prep area as well as all of Prosper's yard games (indoor and out), pool tables, ping pong, pong ball, ball net, table games and more!
Set up and tear down is available upon request with a fee.
Parties can also take advantage of our inflatables for $125ea, available for indoor and outdoor use depending on the weather (setup/tear down included). A waiver is required for each guest using inflatables.
Vendor Events
Prosper has vendor events held throughout the year or upon request. To participate each vendor will have an entry fee and guests will purchase tickets to attend. Entry fees will go towards a collective raffle/prize for guests.
